7. The customer journey, rewarding loyalty and offers

As well as covering all these subjects, you will also get the chance to bounce ideas off like minded people and make industry connections in what can feel like a really lonely place at the moment. 

About this event

Hey, I’m Alicia. I have had my own business in various settings for nearly 7 years now. Recently I overhauled my business using all the spare time during lockdowns and would love to help others do the same as it has made me feel in control again, set new goals and put boundaries in place. 
I’ve made so many mistakes over the years and am a big story teller so am happy to share!! Learn from me so you don’t have to make mistakes and can get on track for an organised year. 

Speakers

The sessions will be running on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday AM for 30 mins. The topics will be covered as well as a little time for questions.
